The Champagne House Bonnaire is to the south of Epernay in the direction of Côte des Blancs. Producing their first bottle of Champagne in 1932, they seek to maintain the right balance between tradition and innovation.

Grand Cru Millésime 1998: Almond scents enclose an aromatic palate. The finish is a mischievous emanation of candied fruits, maroon sorbet and grilled almonds. (100% Chardonnay)
Grand Cru Cuvée Prestige: A very young, frank and direct nose, opens with floral scents.(100% Chardonnay)
Grand Cru "Variance": Perfumes of very ripe fruit with flavours of roasted hazel nut and vanilla. (100% Chardonnay)

Ratafia: Slightly sweetened, but marked and fruity, this aperitif was formerly called "vin de liqueur". It is a champenois of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
Marc de champagne: Brandy obtained by the extraction of the alcohol contained in the Champagne grapes
