Located in the middle of the Champagne vineyards, the House De Milly is in Bisseuil, an authentic small agricultural and wine commune, whose vineyard depends on Tours sur Marne, more commonlly known as "Carrefour des Vignobles" ("Crossroads of the Vineyards"). Indeed, this vineyard is at the crossroads of Vallée de la Marne, la Côte des Blancs, and Montagne de Reims, which confers on the house De Milly an exceptional wine quality.
Their Champagne is produced according to the Champagne traditions and owes its quality and fruity taste to the sunny slopes of their beautiful area, as well as the cafeful assembly of various great vintages. All the Champagne bottles Albert De Milly produce are rested for at least three years in their cellars before being released.
De Milly view the assemblage of Champagne as an art; producing an artwork composed of the various wines from the various type of vines, various years, and different harvests.
