Brut Cuvée de Réserve: Fair straw to pale gold in colour, having elicate bubbles with persistent strands. The first impression is floral, yielding aromas of yellow flowers. Next emerge aromas of acacia, of liquorice then anise, and of quince jelly. This is a full-bodied wine with a certain power. In the mouth, this is a wine which is quite fresh. The low dosage allows all the refinement of the blend to be retained. (55% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir, 25% Pinot Meunier)
Demi-sec Cuvée de Réserve: Sweetness and smoothness, ideal to accompany desserts. (55% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir, 25% Pinot Meunier)
Premier Cru Tradition: Pale yellow colour with green glints. Delicate and persistant bubbles. Very discreet, a feature of this wine is its delicate and elegant aromas. Balance between white blossom (vine) and pear type fruit. A round and long wine of great consistency. The dominant presence of Chardonnay helps to give a pleasant freshness which balances with a low sugar level. (60% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir)
Rosé Premier Cru: Light pink colour. Fine foam, balanced and light. Fruity aroma with hints of rose petal. Delicate, balanced and light on the palate. Full fruitiness in the mouth which gives a sturdy charm to this elegant wine. (85% Chardonnay, 15% Pinot Noir)
Premier Cru Blanc de Blancs Millésimé 1990: Golden colour with green glints and light bubbles. Heady aroma, the Chardonnay emerges with honeyed aromas (acacia) and a smokey tinge. Full and rich wine. The palate is deep and ample whilst keeping good vivacity. (100% Chardonnay)
Premier Cru Blanc de Blancs Millésimé 1995: The wine is an attractive pale gold in colour, with tints of green. It is limpid and brilliant. The first impression is of a fine maturity with buttery notes. It is full-bodied, rounded and rich, with notes of roasted coffee and spices. On further contact with air, it first develops fragrances of fresh vanilla and breakfast pastries, these giving way to a floral register of hawthorn and acacia. Highly expressive, the taste is the natural continuation of the nose. The wine is ripe and rounded, with a pleasant mix of fruit and maturity. It is well-structured, with richness and freshness nicely balanced. The dosage is fully blended in and exceptionally mellow. The finish is fresh and balanced, with lemony flavours. (100% Chardonnay)
