You were a superb host and we greatly appreciated you opening your champagne house and welcoming us so warmly. We would like to come and visit you in October / November with some friends. Had a fab meal here with the wonderful Phillip Brun who gave us the best insight into how to quaff bubbly, mixing bubbly out of the bottle, and which grapes leave which tastes, etc. A modern brewery in the middle of a real champagne town, get the tour by Phillip - well worth it.
