It’s already a Champagne to be reckoned with. With a fine pink head on it, a fruity, melon aroma, you know it’s going to be a meaty one and from your first glass, you get such a depth of flavour, you’re playing ‘name that fruit’ from the word go. It’s almost savoury, it’s so densely packed with flavour: you have liquorice, oranges, tarragon, banana and thick set honey: all our favourite pizza toppings!
