this champagne opens with dry rose-petal aromas. With its copper-coloured salmon pink tone and consistent mousse, this is a very pretty tipple, a privileged accompaniment for intense moments. Its aromas of red fruit, blackberries and black currents remain delicate and give of a feeling of lightness and conviviality.

Dry, full bodied and on the austere side, it weaves wild berry and herb notes through the dense, vivid structure. This wine explodes in the glass with intense aromas and flavours of raspberry, strawberry and red currents.
