The colours of the label are superb: subtle and effective, different from other Nicolas Feuillate bottles and it has a nice embossed feature on the neck, which adds a lovely touch.You pour it out; it’s pale yellow and sparkly – so far so good... stready bubbles catch your eye; nice. You go to catch its aroma – wow! Very floral with hints of elderflower and fraise liqueur. Then you taste – oh my! Where to begin! You get candied peel, lemon and chocolate orange. In a word – Christmas! This Champagne is Christmas pudding and mince pies in a glass. Tuck in. How super that this Champagne exists and what a wonderful world Champagne truly is!
